Evan Gentry is Founder and CEO of G8 Capital.
Evan Gentry is a real estate investor and fund manager and the Founder and CEO of G8 Capital, where he leads the purchase, improvement, and management of large properties across the United States. He has overseen more than 50 major real estate acquisitions, including nearly three million square feet of commercial space and over 5,000 homes and apartments. Under his leadership, G8 Capital’s real estate funds have delivered strong results for investors, averaging more than 25% annual returns. Evan also supports several growing companies through G8 Holdings’ investment portfolio. Earlier in his career, he co-founded MoneyLine Lending Services, which helped banks modernize their mortgage systems before being acquired by Genpact and becoming part of a successful public offering.
